2 cups fresh cranberries2 oranges, peeled and seeded1 carrot, peeled and sliced1 cup pecans¾ cup white sugar1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry flavored Jell-O® mix1 cup boiling water1 cup cold water
Directions

In an electric food processor or meat grinder, grind cranberries, oranges, carrot, and pecans. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl.In a separate bowl, combine sugar, pineapple, gelatin and both cups of water. Mix the ingredients from the two bowls together. Pour the entire mixture into a mold and chill overnight before serving.
