In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes.Prepare the dressing by whisking together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, mustard and celery seeds. Add to corn mixture and toss until all ingredients are evenly coated.
