3 cups cooked white rice2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast½ cup celery, sliced¼ cup green onions, chopped¼ cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup sour cream¼ cup mayonnaise3 tablespoons peach or mango chutney2 teaspoons ground curry powder¾ teaspoon seasoned salt2 tablespoons pine nuts
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the rice, chicken, celery, green onions, bell peppers, sour cream, mayonnaise, chutney, curry and salt. Mix well, cover and refrigerate until chilled. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
