1 (12 ounce) package soft tofu½ cup soy milk½ cup white sugar1 tablespoon vanilla extract¼ cup maple syrup1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a blender, combine the tofu, soy milk, sugar, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and pour into pie crust.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool; refrigerate until chilled.
