1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces4 lemons, halved6 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon curry powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Squeeze lemon halves over the chicken, then sprinkle with the garlic, curry powder and salt and pepper to taste.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
