Ingredients

4 (3 ounce) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles1 cup diced celery1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced½ red onion, diced½ green bell pepper, diced4 ounces frozen green peas1 cup mayonnaise
Directions

Break noodles and cook as directed on package. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.In a large bowl, combine the noodles, celery, water chestnuts, red onion, bell pepper and peas.Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise and ramen noodle seasoning mix. Pour over noodle mixture and toss until well coated. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
