1 head romaine lettuce, chopped½ cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing¾ cup crumbled blue cheese2 mangos, peeled and sliced2 grapefruit, sectioned2 oranges, sectioned2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced½ cup shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
Directions

Toss the romaine lettuce with the balsamic vinaigrette and blue cheese crumbles. Place into a large salad bowl. Arrange the mango, grapefruit, orange, and avocado over the salad in a lovely pattern. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios to serve.
