Ingredients

1 pound cooked peeled shrimp, chilled3 green onions, coarsely chopped1 small onion, coarsely chopped1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary½ teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tablespoon finely grated carrot1 cup low-fat mayonnaise1 cup low-fat sour creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions

Add shrimp, green onions, onion, tarragon, parsley, rosemary, chili powder, and lemon juice to the jar of a blender or food processor; process the mixture until shrimp are finely chopped.Scrape the chopped shrimp mixture into a bowl and stir in the carrot, mayonnaise, and sour cream, mixing until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
