Ingredients

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust¼ cup unsalted butter½ cup packed brown sugar½ teaspoon ground cinnamon1 pinch ground cloves1 pinch salt1 cup dark corn syrup3 eggs1 ¼ cups wheat and barley flake cereal
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).In a medium mixing bowl, cream together butter or margarine and brown sugar. Mix in cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Add corn syrup and blend until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Gently stir in cereal. Pour mixture into pastry shell.Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
