Ingredients

  • 2 small Red Delicious apples, cored and diced
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  • Toss together the apple, avocado, coconut and almonds in a bowl. Stir together the yogurt and honey in a separate bowl; pour over the apple mixture and stir to coat. Add the blueberries and mix to combine.
