1 ΒΌ pounds cooked deveined shelled shrimp, tail shells removed3 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced1 bunch green onion tops, chopped3 large red tomatoes, diced1 large yellow tomato, diced1 bell pepper (any color), choppedΒ½ bunch cilantro, chopped2 tablespoons fresh lime juicesalt and ground black pepper to taste

Cut the shrimp into 2 or 3 pieces and place in a large bowl; add the avocado, green onion, red and yellow tomatoes, bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice; mix. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes before serving.
