1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust2 eggs1 cup sour cream¾ cup white sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg1 cup raisins
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.)In a large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Beat until smooth. stir in raisins. Pour filling into pie crust.Bake in the lower half of preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until filling is set. Allow to cool before serving.
