Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅔ cup plain non-fat yogurt

Directions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend garbanzo beans until smooth. Mix in garlic, salt, lemon juice and yogurt. Blend to desired consistency.
