5 large carrots, peeled and grated½ cup raisins¼ cup sweetened flake coconut1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained½ cup miniature marshmallows½ cup fat-free plain yogurtground cinnamon to taste
Directions

Mix the carrots, raisins, coconut, pineapple tidbits, mini marshmallows, yogurt, and cinnamon in a salad bowl, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors. Serve cold.
