2 ½ pounds new potatoes, quartered1 (16 ounce) package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage (any variety), sliced1 medium green bell pepper, chopped4 green onions, sliced½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered¼ cup vegetable oil3 tablespoons white wine vinegar2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender; drain.Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add sausage and cook, stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned.Combine dressing ingredients in large bowl; whisk and set aside. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
