1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces½ cup melted butter, divided1 tablespoon paprika1 teaspoon salt1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard½ teaspoon chili powder1 pinch cayenne pepper¼ cup water
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Dip chicken pieces into 1/4 cup melted butter and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.In a medium bowl combine remaining 1/4 cup melted butter with paprika, salt, mustard, chili powder, cayenne pepper water; mix together and pour mixture over chicken.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for another 30 minutes.
