Cheddar Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 dash garlic salt

Directions

  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the bacon, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onion and garlic salt. Add more mayonnaise, if necessary, to make the cheese stick together.
