Ingredients

½ cup white chocolate chips2 cups flaked coconut½ cup white sugar⅓ cup all-purpose flour2 eggs¼ cup finely chopped almonds½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Melt chocolate in double boiler, in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave stirring occasionally until smooth.In a large bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour, eggs, almonds and vanilla. Stir well. Fold in melted chocolate. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheets.Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, until set.
