Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • In a medium bowl combine chickpeas, onion, cucumber, tomato, red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve.
