Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 10 ¾ fluid ounces milk
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in the flour. Pour in soup, milk and cheese. Stir until well blended.
  • Heat over medium heat until thickened.
