  • β…“ cup white sugar
  • ΒΌ cup distilled white vinegar

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the mint, onion, sugar, vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. Cover the mixture and refrigerate 2 hours, or until chilled.
