Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large stalk celery, diced
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper, or to taste

Directions

  • Stir the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, pine nuts, lemon juice, relish, jalapeno pepper, and black pepper together in a mixing bowl until evenly blended. Cover, and refrigerate 20 to 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
