½ small ripe mango, peeled and cubed½ small papaya, peeled, seeded and cubed½ small onion, diced1 clove garlic, minced1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced¼ red bell pepper, diced¼ orange bell pepper, diced1 lime, juicedsalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
