Ingredients

2 pounds cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined without tail1 green bell pepper, finely chopped1 red bell pepper, finely chopped5 cloves garlic, minced1 sweet onion, dicedchopped fresh cilantro1 avocado - peeled, pitted and dicedsalt and pepper to taste½ cup olive oilchili pepper flakes
Directions

Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl with red and green bell peppers, garlic, onion, cilantro, and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop. Serve chilled.
