Ingredients

1 (5 ounce) package mixed salad greens1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half¼ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese¼ cup olive oil1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar1 teaspoon lemon juicesalt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Mix baby greens and tomatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with gorgonzola. In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, and whisk until well blended. Pour dressing over the salad mixture, and toss to coat.
