Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) package mixed salad greens
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Mix baby greens and tomatoes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with gorgonzola. In a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, and whisk until well blended. Pour dressing over the salad mixture, and toss to coat.
